Tim Hwang gives a wonderful presentation about online bots. He talks about how they are used to influence communities, how they are made to seem human, and where they might go in the future.
The presentation is informative, thought provoking, humorous, reasonably short, and even a little scary! We definitely recommend that you check it out.
